The owner is an avid traveler and has a great passion for food. The idea is to bring the traditional street-food style eating place to ASEAN Street Food Hall plus adding his other invaluable experiences to create a successful street-food concept.
Our various chefs; mainly Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Pastry Chef have an average of 30 years of dedicated work experiences each. All have diverse work experiences making and preparing Thai and Asean food and desserts. With these chefs on board, you will be sure of getting the best Asean food at a reasonable price.
Our Executive Chef has over 40 years of cooking experiences from well-known hotels in Thailand and in France. She owns a well-known Thai restaurant in Renton. Her customers highly praise her cooking skills and food selections. The executive chef will help ensure that all the food cooked and sold at the ASEAN Street Food is of high-quality and above standards. Most importantly, the taste has to be authentic Asean food.
Our Sous Chef is from Vietnam. She has been cooking for over 20 years and makes one of the best Pho noodles. She owns several Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle. We hope to promote Vietnamese food to the people in Seattle.
Our Pastry Chef has a passion for making desserts, cakes, and cookies. She specializes in making Thai and other Southeast Asian desserts. Her goal is to bring her pastry expertise for you to enjoy after a nice meal.
